Our convention continues to grow and has become quite popular.  Dallas Safari Club is excited about this and is working hard to continue making our convention “not the biggest” but “the best quality” and to continue to serve our customers with our genuine southern hospitality that all have come to expect and appreciate.

We have a waiting list that is quite lengthy, almost 600 on the list at this time.  However, I invite you to take the time to open and fill in the form or if you prefer you can print out the attached application and once it is completed, fax to 972-980-9925 or scan and email to terri@biggame.org .  Once your application is received you will be added to our waiting list.  You will be contacted as soon as space is available.

  • Space Information

  • Dallas Safari Club ("DSC") provides the following for each 10' x 10' booth space:

    Pipe, Drape and Carpeting.
    Company sign and Listing In Expo Day Program (If fully paid by October 1, 2017)
    Two (2) Exhibitor Registration Packages per Booth purchased.

    Each package includes convention tote bag, name badge, Wednesday Welcoming Party ticket and Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Exhibitor breakfasts. Please complete Exhibitor Badge and Banquet Request form (to be provided at a later date).

    Please note: Electrical power, telephone service, tables, chairs, A/V equipment, other furniture and fixtures are not included but can be ordered through DSC exposition service providers. Freeman Decorating will be sending out a package via email with this information. Please note: Freeman is the ONLY AUTHORIZED provider for DSC’s convention.

  • A (50%) deposit (or $1,100) is required to reserve each booth space.

    *Payment for booth placement will not be deducted until confirmation of placement availability.
  • Booth Cancellation and Deposit Policy

  • ● A 50% deposit (or $1,100) is required to reserve each booth space.
    ● The balance of Exhibitor’s booth payment must be received by August 1, 2017 or may result in release of held booth(s). Confirmation of booth placement will be provided after receipt of payment in full and booths are all assigned.
    ● Cancellation prior to August 1, 2017 will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit which will be deducted from Exhibitor’s refund.
    ● Cancellation after August 1, 2017, and thereafter until October 1, 2017, will result in a 50% cancellation fee of all booth monies.
    ● No refunds will be given on cancellations made after October 1, 2017.

  • **Please Note: For Exhibitor's convenience, Exhibitor's credit card number provided above will be debited on or after 8/1/2016 for their remaining balance, unless Dallas Safari Club administrative personnel are otherwise notified in writing.

    By checking this box, Exhibitor acknowledges that Exhibitor has read, understands and will abide by the terms and conditions. Exhibitor also understands a space is reserved only with the receipt of full payment and this executed contract DSC.
