January Camp Talk: Letter from the President

What a year this has been. We are all deeply disappointed in having to cancel our convention this year due to COVID. DSC worked for months alongside the Convention Center, the City of Dallas, and Dallas County to ensure we could have a safe in-person convention. Unfortunately, the latest surge in cases of the virus forced the local government officials to pull the plug on our great convention. However, as one door closes, another opens. We will be hosting nightly virtual events from February 10 to 13. Due to the generosity of our exhibitors and sponsors, we are proud to present a strong list of auction items each night! Please click here for full details.

It is important that we have this virtual event to continue our fight to preserve our hunting heritage. Those that oppose our way of life are not going away. We must continue to speak for those that understand that the sustainable hunting model is the only way to conserve wildlife and their habitats.

I look forward to having you participate in our virtual event. Even though we cannot be together, it does not mean that you can’t get your friends and families together to watch and BID on our great live auction items and our silent auction items. Let’s make this a great event in spite of the circumstances. We need and appreciate your continued support.

Stay safe and good hunting.

God Bless,

Mark R. Little
