For those joining us for the first time, we invite you to become part of the 2027 DSC Summer Expo & Foundation Gala, taking place July 15–18, 2027, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. It’s a great opportunity to connect with DSC members, attendees, fellow exhibitors, and outdoor enthusiasts from across the country and around the world.
Exhibitors can also enjoy special benefits throughout the event, including complimentary breakfasts, hospitality opportunities, and discounted tickets to select signature banquets and auctions.
Whether you’ve been exhibiting with DSC for years or are considering joining us for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you to the 2027 DSC Summer Expo & Foundation Gala and another unforgettable summer with the DSC family.

Thank you for your interest in participating at the DSC Summer Expo & Gala. At this time, we are receiving application for potential exhibitors.
The Summer Expo & Gala will be held in Grapevine, Texas at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.
Future Show dates are below:
- July 15-18, 2027
- July 20-23, 2028
The Exhibitor Waitlist list carries over each year. Once submitted, your application will be kept on file until we have space to offer or a maximum of 3 years. Please fill out an application online to enter the waitlist. Current exhibitors should submit their application via the exhibitor portal.
Once your application has been received and reviewed, Tatiane Brazil, Convention Facilities & Exhibits Manager, or Jacqueline Pulk, Convention Facilities & Exhibits Coordinator, will send a confirmation email to let you know you’ve been added to the list. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
