For those joining us for the first time, we invite you to become part of the 2027 DSC Summer Expo & Foundation Gala, taking place July 15–18, 2027, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. It’s a great opportunity to connect with DSC members, attendees, fellow exhibitors, and outdoor enthusiasts from across the country and around the world.
Exhibitors can also enjoy special benefits throughout the event, including complimentary breakfasts, hospitality opportunities, and discounted tickets to select signature banquets and auctions.
Whether you’ve been exhibiting with DSC for years or are considering joining us for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you to the 2027 DSC Summer Expo & Foundation Gala and another unforgettable summer with the DSC family.
Prospective Exhibitors:
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the DSC Summer Expo & Gala. We welcome applications from businesses interested in joining us for one of the premier hunting and outdoor sporting expos in the world.
The 2027 DSC Summer Expo & Gala will take place July 15-18, 2027, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
Businesses interested in becoming a DSC exhibitor are encouraged to complete our Exhibitor Application. Applications are reviewed as exhibit space becomes available, with consideration given to available booth space and the overall exhibitor mix.
Applications remain on file for up to three years, allowing your business to be considered for future DSC Summer Expos without needing to reapply each year. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee exhibit space.
Current DSC exhibitors should continue to submit their applications through the official Exhibitor Portal.
Application Process
Once your application has been submitted, Tatiane Brazil, Convention Facilities & Exhibits Manager, or Kaylee Kernick, Convention Facilities & Exhibits Coordinator, will review your information and send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your application to be processed.
