  • Space Information

  • Dallas Safari Club ("DSC") provides the following for each 10' x 10' booth space:

    Pipe, Drape and Carpeting.
    Company sign and Listing In Expo Day Program
    Two (2) Exhibitor Registration Packages (Per 10x10 space)

    Each package includes convention tote bag, name badge, Wednesday Welcoming Party ticket and Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Exhibitor breakfasts.

    Please note: Electrical power, telephone service, tables, chairs, A/V equipment, other furniture and fixtures are not included but can be ordered through DSC exposition service providers. The Expo Group will be sending out a package via email with this information. Please note: The Expo Group is the ONLY AUTHORIZED provider for DSC’s convention.

  • Booth Cancellation and Deposit Policy

    By checking this box, Exhibitor acknowledges that Exhibitor has read, understands and will abide by the terms and conditions. Exhibitor also understands a space is reserved only with the receipt of full payment and this executed contract DSC. All exhibitors (outfitters, anglers, etc) will need to comply with the Sustainable Code of Ethics, and will need to abide to DSC Policy & Guidelines. Once your application is accepted, you will receive a copy of the contract to review before signing it. Application submitted will stay on file for 3 years.
