[box] An update for 2022 Exhibitors from Exhibits Manager Tatiane Upton from June 2, 2021[/box]
Dear Exhibitors Partners,
As we approach the 2022 convention, DSC’s 40th Anniversary, we would like to inform you of a few things that are happening now and ahead.
An email was sent on May 10th to all exhibitors with a personalized link for your booth registration. Please check your email and other folders. If you have not received or cannot find the email, please let me know and I will be happy to resend it to you. We ask that you do not share this email with others that are not authorized to register on your behalf. Even though we have rolled all paid monies from the 2021 to 2022 convention, all exhibitors are required to submit a complete online application in order to participate. You will notice that an invoice will be created at the end of your registration process. This is the system default and the monies are in place to offset the invoice. Once your online application is received, I will apply any credits you have to it and you will receive an updated invoice copy once it is completed.
DSC is now partnering with The Expo Group as our official convention decorator/general contractor. We will be releasing more information on how to send freight, contract their services, and other show misc. on your e-kit.
The Omni hotel will be pre-booked with exhibitor partners with 30+ years exhibiting at DSC and corporate sponsors again this year. The other 15 contract hotels will be available to all, and registration will start on June 21st. We will be sending more detailed information as time approaches.
Note: Please be careful of scammers, as there are many companies who have already begun promoting their special rates and room availability at a number of hotels. These companies are not affiliated with DSC and thus, if you book a room through them, we cannot guarantee that you will have a room when you arrive in Dallas. Connections Housing is the only company authorized to promote and book rooms for our convention.
Cass, myself, and Connections Housing will be the only DSC representatives emailing your about hotel rooms. See the associated email addresses below.
Also, as a reminder, effective with the 2020 convention all exhibitors are required to be a DSC member. You can purchase any level of membership to fulfill this requirement.
