Dallas Safari Club and the DSC Foundation are excited to announce structural changes in the leadership of our organizations. The primary change is the appointment of a single Chief Executive Officer who will oversee both Dallas Safari Club and the DSC Foundation. Corey Mason has been selected to serve in this new position.
This new leadership structure enhances our organizations’ ability to better support our mission of Conservation, Education and Advocacy. These enhancements include:
- An aligned approach in strategic planning and execution
- A unified and coordinated fundraising strategy
- Increased efficiency in our granting process
- A balanced utilization of resources
- A focused communication and messaging strategy
Corey Mason is uniquely qualified to assume the additional responsibilities of this new role. Since joining DSC as Executive Director in 2017, our organizations have experienced tremendous growth in both size and influence, and are recognized internationally as the leader in the promotion of Conservation Through Hunting. Thank you to Richard Cheatham for his assistance in the transition to this new structure. Under this change, Dallas Safari Club and the DSC Foundation will be better positioned to serve both our members and our mission.
