Trijicon shares the Passing of Daniel P. Goodenow

 

Wixom, Mich. (April 14, 2016)—Trijicon® Inc. is deeply saddened to share the passing of Daniel P. Goodenow on Monday, April 11, 2016. Dan was Trijicon’s Director of OEM Sales and Strategic Partnerships.

A long-time member and ambassador of the hunting community, Dan will be remembered for his quick humor, friendly smile and outgoing, gentle nature. Dan was a loving husband, caring father of two and beloved friend to the industry.

“It is with great sadness that we share the passing of a friend, and Trijicon employee, Dan Goodenow,” said Chuck Wahr, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Trijicon. “Dan quickly made many friends at Trijicon, and his positive and upbeat attitude was contagious. Dan was a valued member of our family and an admired colleague of the outdoor community; he will be greatly missed by many.”

Dan enjoyed a successful career with Shockey Enterprises, Trijicon, Fujifilm and others. As a globetrotting sportsman, filmmaker and marketing and sales professional, Dan traveled the world advocating for the sport and industry he loved most, hunting. Dan graduated with a Master of Science in Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1993 and completed his Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Science from Michigan State University in 1992.
